CREATIVE & CONTENT PRODUCER

Location: London / Hybrid
Contract Type: Full-time or Fixed-term Contract
Salary: £18,000–£20,000 per year (depending on experience)

Role Overview

The Creative & Content Producer is responsible for translating Soho Intimate’s brand vision into visual content across social media, paid ads, and the website.

This role requires a strong visual eye, an understanding of restraint, and the ability to produce content that feels editorial, calm, and design-led — never trend-driven or performative.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and manage visual content for Instagram, TikTok, and paid ads

  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and external studios

  • Oversee shoots and ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines

  • Edit and prepare content for digital platforms

  • Build and manage a structured content library

  • Collaborate with marketing to support performance goals without compromising brand integrity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Marketing, Fashion, Media, Design, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation, creative production, or fashion/lifestyle media

  • Strong editorial and visual sensibility

  • Understanding of lighting, framing, and movement

  • Ability to execute within clear creative direction

  • Comfortable working independently and with external partners

This Role Is Not

  • Influencer-style content creation

  • Trend-driven social media management

  • High-volume, low-quality production
