Shipping
We ship every order from our warehouse in Tower Bridge, London, using Royal Mail Tracked delivery — free on all standard orders, because we don't think delivery should be where the cost-cutting shows.
Delivery options:
- Standard Tracked (Free): 2–4 working days
- Express Tracked: next-day delivery, available at checkout
Most orders are processed and dispatched the same day. You'll get tracking details as soon as it's on its way.
Returns
We want you to feel completely right in what you ordered - but fit is personal, and sometimes something just isn't quite it.
- Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags and hygiene seals intact
- Return postage is covered by the customer
