All Soho Intimate orders are processed and shipped within the UK.
Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked delivery, offered free of charge on all standard orders.
Shipping options:

Express Tracked Shipping: delivery within 24 hours (available at checkout)
Orders are typically processed the same day. Tracking details are provided once your order has shipped.
Returns
We accept returns in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all tags and hygiene seals intact
