Size & Fit Guide

How to Measure

Grab a soft tape measure and measure close to the body, without pulling it tight.

  • Underbust: directly under the bust, where a bra band would sit
  • Bust: at the fullest point of your bust
  • Waist: at the narrowest point of your waist
  • Hip: at the fullest point of your hips

Tip: no tape measure? A piece of string works just as well — measure it against a ruler afterwards.

Find Your Band Size (32–42)

Match your underbust measurement to the band size below.

Band Size (UK) Underbust (cm)
32 68–72
34 73–77
36 78–82
38 83–87
40 88–92
42 93–97

Between sizes? For a firmer, more sculpted fit, size down. For comfort, or if you have a longer torso, size up.

Find Your Cup Size (A / B / C / D /..)

Cup size comes from the difference between your bust and underbust measurements.

Cup Size Bust − Underbust (cm) Best For
A ~10–12 Smaller bust volume
B ~12–14 Moderate bust volume
C ~14–16 Fuller bust volume
D ~16–18 More bust projection / depth
DD / E ~18–20 Full bust volume
F ~20–22 Greater projection / depth

Between cups? Choose the larger cup for comfort.

Fit Notes

Our bodysuits and lingerie sets are built to sculpt and hold their shape through structure, not compression. Boning and seams give support without restricting how you move, and the fabric is chosen for controlled stretch and recovery.

If you have a longer torso, we'd generally suggest sizing up for comfort.

Still unsure? Send us your underbust, bust, waist and hip measurements and we'll recommend the best size for you personally.
