When will my order be shipped?
Every order ships from our warehouse in Tower Bridge, London. We aim to get it out the door as fast as we can — you'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's dispatched.
Standard Royal Mail tracked delivery is free and usually arrives within 2–4 working days. Need it sooner? Express 24-hour delivery is available at checkout for a small additional cost.
Delivery times can vary slightly depending on where you are.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as it's unworn, unwashed, and still has its tags and hygiene seal intact — full details are in our Returns Policy.
How often do you release new collections?
On purpose, not very often. We'd rather spend that time refining a handful of pieces — the fit, the construction, the proportion — until each one feels right, instead of rushing out something new every few weeks. That also means quantities are limited, and once a style sells out, it may not come back.
How do I choose the right size?
Start with your usual band and cup size. Our bodysuits are built to shape and support through construction, not compression, so they're a little more forgiving than you might expect.

If you're between sizes, we'd usually suggest sizing up for comfort. And if you're still not sure, just send us your measurements — we're happy to help you find the right fit personally.
