Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With all tags attached
  • With any hygiene seals intact and unbroken
  • In its original packaging

Hygiene notice: For hygiene and safety reasons, lingerie that has been worn, tried on without underwear, or has had its hygiene seal removed or damaged cannot be accepted for return or refund. This is because such items cannot be resold.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Intimate garments (such as underwear, briefs, bodysuits, and similar items) where the hygiene seal has been removed or the item has been worn or tried on
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
